Certification of two logistic parks (comprising a total of 6 halls) .
Complex and high-level certification (BREEAM In-Use Excellent), which required considering and implementing recommended solutions.
Monitoring and reducing water consumption, as well as implementing measures aimed at efficient water resource utilization and minimizing losses.
Modernization of existing buildings to enhance user comfort and safety, while simultaneously minimizing environmental impact..

Implementation of ecologist’s recommendations aimed at improving biodiversity, including planting shrubs, bulbous plants, and trees.
Providing users of the facilities with sheltered seating areas for outdoor relaxation.
Adjusting water consumption in fixtures, implementing a water leak prevention system, and installing a remote meter reading system to effectively monitor and control water usage.
On the premises, adequate numbers of electric vehicle chargers have been installed, carsharing spots, and bicycle racks.
