The project aimed to achieve a high level of certification for the Skyliner facility – BREEAM Excellent.
Specific and strict customer requirements and time pressure.
The building was designed in accordance with the idea of sustainability and adapted to function in relation to climate change. It was necessary to introduce innovative green solutions.
Prestigious investment – a skyscraper that is one of the tallest office buildings in Warsaw.
Demanding architectural design and its technical consideration
The site was located on a challenging site with limited space for a construction site.
