Securing the BREEAM NC Excellent certification for the Hi Piotrkowska office building, located at Piotrkowska 157a in Łódź, Poland.
The decision to upgrade the certification level during the construction process from an Interim Very Good certificate to an Excellent level at the Final stage, resulting in a lower number of available BREEAM credits.
Introducing substantial changes in the conception of the envisaged solutions and in the course of the construction, requiring updating the BREEAM strategy for the project to achieve the intended certification level.
