Salary contract of employment brutto: 5400 PLN - 7800 PLN

You will be responsible for

  • Revenue: responsibility for the implementation of the agreed sales plan for the quarter and year.
  • Deal Negotiation and Closing: Conduct negotiations by incorporating selection criteria and matching product variants.
  • Offers: Fluent selection of products and packages based on customer needs. Preparing simple and effective commercial offers in line with the time and expectations of customers.
  • Delegate tasks: Seamlessly transfer jobs from sales team to production team, ensuring that all internal CS and pre-onboarding requirements are met.
  • Transaction size: Compliance with the sales plan and strategy of the company, quarterly adjustment.
  • Relationships: Building your own relationship with 2-3, and preferably 5-7 key customers.
  • Management and mentoring: Younger team members to achieve company goals.
  • Culture: At least 2 hours per week for learning, discussions, and community building with the product team and other key areas of the company.
