Core competencies

  • Experience in the area of sustainability, with particular focus on BREEAM / BREEAM IN-USE / LEED / WELL certification, ESG reporting, taxonomy.
  • Experience in environmental analysis and climate impact assessments.
  • Ability to collect, analyze data and prepare reports.
  • Knowledge and practical experience of construction and building operations.
  • A sense of the need to address climate change and a desire to help make a positive impact on the property market.
  • Independence in action.
  • Strong communication skills in Polish and English, both oral and written (minimum B2).
  • Excellent organization of work.
  • Willingness to continually develop and learn new things.
  • Ability to work with feedback.

You will be responsible for

In the role of Sustainability Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  1. Implementing and coordinating sustainability aspects by analyzing received documentation for implementation of requirements (architecture, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, construction, analysis) and acting in accordance with the certification process – leading BREEAM / LEED / WELL / ESG / Taxonomy projects.
  2. Preparation and coordination of analyses in ongoing projects
  3. Independently conduct projects and solve problems, attend client meetings
  4. Platform support for BREEAM projects, among others.
  5. Financial responsibility for projects – sending monthly summaries to clients and coordinating the scope of work performed in accordance with the financial schedule of the project.
  6. Scheduling project time according to the project schedule in ClickUP.
  7. Maintaining good customer relations.

What is the recruitment process like?

5. The second stage of the recruitment process is an online interview with the Team Leader and HR Manager – Focus Interview – about 1.5 hours
