  • Basic knowledge in the area of sustainable construction, with particular focus on BREEAM / LEED / WELL certification, ESG reporting, taxonomy is welcome.
  • A sense of the need to address climate change and a desire to help make a positive impact on the real estate market.
  • Ability to think analytically and solve problems.
  • Consistency in routine activities.
  • Very good English language skills – minimum B2.

You will be responsible for

The mission of this role is to support specialists and other teams in the coordination and implementation of projects.

  1. Daily work in line with the internal processes of the department – onboarding – getting to know the processes of the whole department.
  2. Creating and drafting certification documentation (in Polish and English).
  3. Occasional visits to buildings, analysis and evaluation of building documentation.
  4. Operating in accordance with the certification process – learning about the certification process.
  5. Collecting and processing project data (reports, analysis of documents from the client).
  6. Performing analyses – learning about the requirements for analyses.
  7. Site visits – preparing documents for the visit and preparing a summary of the visit.
  8. Carrying out as-built audits on site – preparing documents for the visit and drafting a summary of the visit.

What is the recruitment process like?
