Core competencies

  • Basic knowledge in the area of sustainable construction, with particular focus on BREEAM / BREEAM IN-USE / LEED / WELL certification, ESG reporting, taxonomy.
  • Basic knowledge in environmental analysis and climate impact assessments welcomed.
  • Knowledge and practical experience of construction and building operations.
  • A sense of the need to address climate change and a desire to help make a positive impact on the real estate market.
  • Knowledge of sustainable development concepts.
  • Independence in action.
  • Strong communication skills in Polish and English, both oral and written (minimum B2).
  • Excellent organization of work.
  • Willingness to continuously develop and learn new things.
  • Ability to work with feedback.

You will be responsible for

The mission of this role is to independently provide high quality consultancy services to JWA clients.

  1. Acting in accordance with the BREEAM / LEED / WELL certification process / in accordance with ESG / taxonomy requirements (depending on the adopted scope of cooperation with the client), and in accordance with the internal processes of the department.
  2. Collecting and compiling project data (reports, analysis of client documents).
  3. Performing initial pre-assessment for projects (checking documentation, scorecard + guidelines, report).
  4. Conducting projects with specialist support and problem solving.
  5. Description of documentation and uploading to the certification body platform.
  6. Site visits – preparing documents for the visit and drawing up a summary of the visit.
  7. Performing as-built audits on the site – preparing documents for the visit and drafting a summary of the visit.
  8. Financial responsibility for projects – sending monthly summaries to clients and coordinating the scope of work carried out in accordance with the project financial schedule.

What is the recruitment process like?
