Who are we looking for?

We are looking for passionate people who want to grow and are committed to supporting our clients in achieving their sustainable building goals. If you have experience in the area of sustainable construction including BREEAM / LEED / WELL certification, ESG reporting, taxonomy join us!

Core competencies

  • Experience in the area of sustainability, with particular focus on BREEAM / BREEAM IN-USE / LEED / WELL certification, ESG reporting, taxonomy.
  • Accreditation or experience in environmental certification projects (LEED, BREEAM, EDGE, DGNB)and/or wellbeing (WELL, Fitwel).
  • Experience in environmental analysis and climate impact assessments.
  • Ability to collect, analyse data and prepare reports.
  • Knowledge and several years of practical experience in the field of construction and building operations.
  • High communication skills in Polish and English, both oral and written (minimum B2).

You will be responsible for

In the role of Sustainability Senior Specialist you will be responsible for:

  1. Implementing and coordinating sustainability aspects by analyzing the documentation received for the implementation of the requirements (architecture, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, construction, analysis) and acting in accordance with the certification process – leading BREEAM / LEED / WELL / ESG / Taxonomy projects.
  2. Preparing and coordinating analyses in ongoing projects.
  3. Independently leading projects and problem solving, attending client meetings.
  4. Handling the platform, e.g. BREEAM projects.
  5. Financial responsibility for projects – sending monthly summaries to clients and coordinating the scope of work performed in accordance with the project financial schedule.
  6. Scheduling project time according to the project schedule in ClickUP.
  7. Maintaining good relations with the client.

What is the recruitment process like?
