For our client, we advised in the process of obtaining LEED certification for existing buildings. Thanks to the implementation of, among others, ventilation and air conditioning system audits, cleanliness audit, energy consumption benchmarking and assistance in conducting energy audits, the building has obtained the LEED for Existing Buildings: O&M Gold certificate.
