Jerzy Wójcik is an expert in green construction with over 9 years of experience as an architect, assessor and consultant. Jerzy has a full license for designing in the area of architecture and LEED AP accreditation (since 2007), BREEAM AP accreditation (since 2015), accreditation as BREEAM International New Construction Assessor (since 2013) and BREEAM In-Use Assessor (since 2014).
The work experience of Jerzy Wójcik includes 21 LEED and BREEAM projects in Poland, Romania, Serbia and Croatia completed over the last 4 years.
Jerzy Wójcik is the owner and director of the JW+A company, which provides consulting services in the area of green construction and workplace strategy for real estate developers, contractors, building owners and tenants. Jerzy is also a university lecturer teaching the design of public buildings (since 2010) and sustainable development in projects (since 2016).

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Jerzy has received the MSc. Eng. Arch. degree at the Cracow University of Technology in 2008. Jerzy also studied at the Tennessee University in the USA (2007) and at the Manchester University in the UK (2006).
In 2015, Jerzy has completed the program of measurement and reporting of greenhouse gas emission at the Harvard University in Boston, USA.
Since 2014, Jerzy has operated the JW+A consulting company. Before this period, Jerzy was the manager of the department of building certification consulting at Colliers International and an architect at reputable architectural firms in Cracow and New York.
