Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an independent LCA Specialist with at least 3 years of experience who combines strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate clearly. People with an engineering background who are comfortable performing LCA analyses and advising on carbon footprints
The new team member will collaborate with JWA experts, develop the team’s competencies, and support clients in projects related to sustainable construction.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in conducting LCA analyses and consulting on embodied carbon footprint.
  • Higher technical education — bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (preferred fields: construction, environmental engineering, or related).
  • Documented experience in projects related to sustainable construction and environmental impact analysis of materials and processes.

  • Knowledge of One Click LCA

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Independent management of consulting projects in the area of CO₂ emission reduction, decarbonization strategies, and LCA and carbon footprint analyses.
  • Support in the preparation of EPD declarations: participation in meetings with clients, data collection, calculations, cooperation with the verification body, and creation of draft declarations.
  • Conducting and verifying expert analyses for BREEAM and LEED certification.
  • Consulting and sales support in the field of LCA.
  • Mentoring the team and supervising the business aspects of projects. analysis for CFO

What is the recruitment process like?

4. We may ask you to solve a Case Study
5. The second stage of the recruitment process is an online interview with the Team Leader and HR Manager – Focus Interview – about 1.5 hours
