Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an independent specialist with experience in working with clients and a good understanding of construction systems. Someone who understands the challenges associated with existing buildings and is familiar with the realities of the real estate market, including the processes of sale, purchase, financing, and leasing.

The new team member will take on the role of Technical Due Diligence and
ESG Analysis Manager for existing properties. In this position, they will
demonstrate the value of our services at every stage of cooperation with
the client, while developing technical competencies in the areas of
electrical engineering, construction, and fire safety. This is a role for
someone who wants to combine technical knowledge with direct contact
with clients and a real impact on the quality of projects

Core Responsibilities:

  • Professional experience: over 8 years of practice in a technical and
    management environment
  • Education: engineer with developed management skills
  • Industry experience: commercial real estate, technical due diligence,
    acting as technical director responsible for facility management
  • English: advanced level, fluent in an international environment

Desirable competencies:

  • Team management: minimum 2 years of experience in leading and
    developing teams
  • Certificates and licenses: building licenses for design and construction in
    the areas of HVAC, electrical engineering, or architecture

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Managing or supporting the technical skills of a team of 4-5 people.
  • Project management
  • Developing and managing TDD, EDD, ESG DD services, project management.
  • Meetings with clients
  • Conducting building audits

What is the recruitment process like?
