Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative who will be responsible for the early stages of the sales process and initial contact with clients from the commercial real estate sector. This role is a starting point for further career development in consultative sales and the commercial real estate market. The position is dedicated to people at an early stage of their career or changing career direction, who have an aptitude for sales and customer contact.

Responsibilities:

  • active efforts to reach out to developers and commercial property owners,
  • conducting discovery conversations (researching and identifying customer needs) and qualifying contacts according to established criteria
  • initial presentation of JWA’s offer and value proposition
  • management of the initial stage of the sales funnel
  • ongoing updating and maintenance of data quality in the CRM system
  • forwarding qualified leads to teams responsible for further stages of sales
  • cooperation with the Marketing department in handling incoming inquiries and follow-up activities

Key performance indicators (KPIs)

The effectiveness of the Sales Development Representative position will be assessed in particular based on:
  • the number of discovery calls made,
  • response time to incoming inquiries and lead qualification time,
  • number and quality of sales leads passed on,
  • lead conversion rate to subsequent stages of the sales process,
  • compliance of acquired leads with the ideal customer profile (ICP),
  • completeness and accuracy of data in the CRM system,
  • value of the generated sales funnel.

Required competencies

  • very good business communication skills, both on the phone and in writing
  • ability to conduct structured sales conversations based on specific goals and scenarios
  • ability to analyze information and logically assess customer needs,
  • high level of independence and responsibility for the implementation of assigned tasks
  • good organization of own work and consistency in the implementation of plans
  • ability to work in a process environment and under the pressure of measurable goals
  • proficiency in the use of digital tools (CRM, communication systems, office suite)
  • willingness to work with data and report results
  • knowledge of English at a level sufficient for business communication

What is the recruitment process like?

4. We may ask you to solve a Case Study
5. The second stage of the recruitment process is an online interview with the Team Leader and HR Manager – Focus Interview – about 1.5 hours
