About the Role

The demand for ESG and sustainability services in the Czech Republic is growing rapidly, making strong local expertise and Czech-language capability essential.
We are seeking a Sustainability Specialist to deliver hands-on sustainability advisory for real estate projects, with a focus on green building certifications (BREEAM, LEED, WELL), building performance, and ESG services.
This is a technical, client-facing role involving close cooperation with developers and project teams, offering strong opportunities to grow expertise in ESG and sustainable real estate.

The role requires a Czech-speaking consultant with local market presence, available for site visits and direct cooperation with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and deliver BREEAM / LEED / WELL certification projects for new and existing buildings
  • Support the development of additional ESG services, including LCA, EPD, and Climate Risk Assessment (CRA)
  • Prepare, coordinate, and review technical analyses within ongoing projects
  • Plan and schedule project tasks in line with project timelines using internal systems
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and project stakeholders
  • Participate in site visits and client meetings as required/li>

Required Experience & Skills

Essential Requirements:
  • Team management: minimum 2 years of experience in leading and developing teams
  • Certificates and licenses: building licenses for design and construction in the areas of HVAC, electrical engineering, or architecture
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
  • Knowledge of construction processes, building operations, and sustainable development concepts
  • Strong communication skills in Czech and English (minimum B2 level, spoken and written)
  • Excellent organization of work and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Willingness to learn, develop, and work with feedback

Nice to Have:

  • BREEAM, LEED, or WELL accreditation or practical experience
  • Prior involvement in ESG, sustainability reporting, or green building projects
