We will perform a preliminary assessment of the building to determine the achievable level of certification.
2.
Our experts will analyze your project. They will identify areas for improvement and present solutions to achieve the expected result.
3.
We will coordinate the implementation of the recommendations and confirm their compliance with the certification requirements. We will prepare and submit the investment documentation to the BRE certification body.
4.
In the final step, BRE verifies the documentation and awards the certificate. For new buildings the certificate is valid indefinitely, for existing buildings it requires renewal every three years (concerning BREEAM In-Use).
