We perform an initial assessment of the building to determine the attainable certification level.

Our experts analyse your project, identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions to ensure the expected result.

We will coordinate the implementation of the recommendations and confirm their compliance with the certification requirements. We will prepare and submit the documentation to the GBCI certification body.
4.
In the final step, GBCI verifies the documentation and awards the certificate indefinitely for new buildings and for 3 years for existing buildings (after which time the certificate requires renewal).
