  • Certification of two logistic parks (comprising a total of 6 halls) .
  • Complex and high-level certification (BREEAM In-Use Excellent), which required considering and implementing recommended solutions.
  • Monitoring and reducing water consumption, as well as implementing measures aimed at efficient water resource utilization and minimizing losses.
  • Modernization of existing buildings to enhance user comfort and safety, while simultaneously minimizing environmental impact..
